With the new Toshiba BX410, we now have an industrial printer in our range that is designed to deliver, even in the most demanding environments.
Built on the proven hardware from previous Toshiba models and upgraded with the new A-BRID platform, the BX410 sets a new standard for reliability and flexibility.
"The BX410 is an obvious solution for companies that want maximum uptime and minimal maintenance. It combines Toshiba's well-known robustness with new smart features that make everyday life easier for operators," says Jan Kondrup, Sales Manager at HM Systems.
The BX410 is designed for 24/7 operation, and its long printhead life and the option of extra-long ribbons of up to 800 meters mean fewer stops and lower operating costs. The printer can also be upgraded for RFID printing and encoding, making it ready for future traceability and automation requirements.
At the same time, user-friendliness has been considered from the outset: a full-colour screen, QR code-based help system and integrated label roll level sensor make it easy for operators to work quickly and safely.
With direct PDF printing without the need for additional software – and automatic adjustment and rotation of the print – the risk of errors is reduced and training time is significantly shortened.
The BX410 is designed to fit directly into existing production lines.
It supports USB, LAN and wireless connectivity (optional) and features auto-emulation, which automatically recognises different printer languages, allowing it to replace older models without requiring changes to workflows. This makes the transition simple and ensures minimal downtime.
The printer is a versatile solution that can handle everything from small, precise labels to large production volumes – whether the task is in logistics, retail, healthcare, electronics or heavy industry.
Its robustness combined with high print quality makes it a future-proof investment for companies that want to optimise both productivity and quality.
"I see the BX410 as a particularly good choice for companies that need a reliable all-round printer that is also future-proof. It can do much more than a standard printer – and it is built to last," says Jan Kondrup.
